Return Policy
We offer 30 Days Easy Return. To receive a full refund, returns must be unworn, undamaged, include product tags and a purchase receipt. Promotional and clearance items, such as Doo Dah Deals or any purchase that includes a discount greater than 15%, may not be returned and are final.
Please follow these steps to make a return:
1) Contact us at either (626) 831-7832 or at ContactUS@doodahapparel.com and we will start the return process for you.
2) We will mail you a postage paid shipping label. If the box or envelope your purchase was originally mailed in is in good shape, you can use that to return the item. If you need a new box or envelope, please let us know and we’ll ship one to you with the postage paid shipping label.
3) You may either drop the box or envelope off at any United States Post Office (USPS) location to return the item, or we’ll call Sendle, our Shipping provider, to pick the parcel up at your door. All you’ll need to do is give us a day and time to schedule the pick-up.
4) We will issue your original form of payment a full refund as soon as we receive the returned item and we’ve verified that the item is unworn, undamaged, includes product tags and a purchase receipt.
